This range of services is often referred to as DBOM and is often preferred by demanding clients who seek a single source of responsibility.

We carry a $5 million dollar general liability policy with Travelers Insurance and a Performance and Payment bonding program of up to $ 50 million single project with Arch Insurance, an A.M. Best, A+ rated company.

Our team of professionals has served the construction industry for over thirty years providing a variety of construction and construction related services for federal, municipal, state and private sector clients. Our experience includes new construction, renovation, historic preservation and road and infrastructure construction projects involving a variety of trades.

Our expertise in design and construction as well as our specialized experience in healthcare facilities ensures that the Concentric Groups clients are always in capable, experienced hands.

The Managing Member of Concentric Group, Vince Casillo, has more than 30 years’ experience in engineering and construction. A graduate of West Point Military Academy, Vince was a captain in the U.S. Army before he began his career in the engineering and construction field in 1972. Since that time he has been responsible for engineering, estimating, supervising and man aging projects for organizations such as The U.S. Military Academy at West Point, The NYC Housing Authority, The NYC Health and Hospitals Corp., the NYC Agency for Child Development, and the New Jersey State and New York State Department of Transportation. Vince has extensive experience in building construction as well as roadway construction and roadway design including sewer line repairs and steam tunnel/manhole repairs. In addition, he has extensive site work experience that includes landfill operations and park construction.

Vince's extensive project experience as well as his experience in administration, training and directing personnel provides for a strong, qualified leader for the team.

Concentric Group's Member Partners are Elie Cherbaka and Sid Raman who also have a wealth of design and construction experience.

Elie Cherbaka has been working on VA Facilities for the past fifteen years during which time he has completed projects ranging from exterior restoration to complex interiors and mechanical, electrical and plumbing upgrades.

Sid Raman, P.E., LEED AP rounds out the core management by providing design and engineering support and marketing for the company. Sid’s specializes in design build and energy efficiency projects.
